A LITTLE ABOUT DARREN

Darren is my baby (he hates me saying that)
he is was born in 1971.
He has always been a good boy and
I am very proud of him,
as I have never had a moments trouble with him.

Darren began his apprenticeship as a Chef at
the "Merlin Hotel"in Perth WA, the name was later
changed to the "HYATT".

In 1990 on completion of his apprenticeship
he transferred to the "HYATT" in Sydney,
where Darren met Peachy (also a Chef).

Darren married Peachy (Joanne) in 1993,
in New York USA, whilst on a world tour,
as Peachy was from New York.

In 1994 Darren and Peachy returned to
Australia where they bought a house and settled
down in Perth, Western Australia.

Darren is no longer working as a Chef,he has
changed direction regarding his employment
Peachy is still working as a Chef and
loves her work, she is very dedicated.
